We are very selective in hiring our painters, only hiring individuals we have known for years. Most of our painters, especially our crew leaders, have been with us for many years. I trust them in the homes of my own friends and relatives.
We make certain to remove all loose and flaking paint from all surfaces. Often, this is done by pressure washing or manually scraping. Sometimes, surfaces must be scuffed up, abraded, profiled, or even primed to guarantee adhesion. That’s why we take our time where it counts – in the preparation.
We offer a 2-year warranty on all interior projects. Additionally, all exterior vertical surfaces come with a 2-year warranty. So, if you notice an issue – small or large – please call our office. Depending on the size of the project, we may take an initial down payment or intermediary payments throughout the project. We only take the final payment at the end of the project when it is completed.
